The power cable laying environment is extremely complex, and the accurate location of cable fault is the key in the whole fault test process. Under today's technical conditions, there has been a good solution to the fault location of power cables. However, no matter how accurate the location is, due to the reasons of laying and environmental impact, it can only measure an approximate range and cannot be accurately fixed, resulting in high labor intensity, blindness and low efficiency. To sum up, our company has developed vs-2089 series cable fault accurate pointing instrument, which is a product with collector discharge acoustic wave display, fault distance digital display, high anti-interference and high sensitivity.

Based on the time difference method of acoustic magnetic signal transmission, this series of products set two modes: acoustic magnetic synchronization fixed point and step voltage fixed point. It adopts the combination of high-performance digital filter circuit and low-noise design. The two methods of acoustic magnetic synchronization and step voltage are compared and verified with each other, which can better ensure the accuracy of fixed point. At the same time, multi-channel test can be selected according to the limitations of the environment. It has the function of closing the sound, intuitive man-machine interface, ultra-high anti-interference ability and a variety of filter frequency bands, and can accurately and quickly locate all kinds of cable faults.
