There are provisions for measuring the contact pressure of the contact finger in various maintenance leads (procedures) and standards. The recommended measuring tool is the spring scale. In practical work, the pressure of the contact finger should be measured at high altitude. Measuring the pressure with the spring scale is not only inconvenient, inaccurate but also dangerous. The contact pressure of some structures can not be measured with the spring scale (such as scissors type), Therefore, the requirement to measure the contact pressure of the contact finger is just a piece of paper.
In view of the current maintenance status of power generation and power supply system, our company has developed an intelligent tester for measuring the contact pressure of high-voltage disconnector. As long as the sensor of the analog contact of the test clamp is opened at the contact position of each pair of contact fingers, it can display the contact pressure of the contact fingers at this time and remember it. It effectively solves a difficult problem of measuring finger pressure.
The instrument can also be used for the inspection of the touch finger pressure by the disconnector manufacturer. Changing the shape of the pressure sensor can also measure the touch finger pressure of the circuit breaker.
