The vs-zkd vacuum switch vacuum degree tester adopts a new excitation coil and uses the magnetic control discharge method to test the vacuum degree of the arc extinguishing chamber without dismantling the arc extinguishing chamber. At the same time, microcomputer is used for synchronous control and data acquisition and processing, so that the field test sensitivity of vacuum degree of arc extinguishing chamber reaches 10 - 5 PA. The most prominent feature of this instrument is that it adopts a new excitation coil and data processing method to realize the non disassembly measurement of vacuum degree. The instrument has the advantages of convenient use, simple operation, no disassembly, high measurement and test accuracy. It is a practical detection instrument. It is widely applicable to the departments using vacuum switches such as electric power, steel, petrochemical, textile, coal, railway and so on.
