The transformer material tester is a multifunctional measuring instrument, which is equivalent to the usual two kinds of testing instruments: active transformer capacity tester + transformer characteristic parameter tester. It can accurately measure a series of power frequency parameters such as capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, impedance voltage and so on.

■ functional features

▲ the capacity of various distribution and electric transformers can be measured on site. The transformer model discrimination includes S7, S9, S11, S13, S15 and other national standard parameters. Without additional power supply, the detection is more convenient and faster.

▲ combined with external power supply, voltage regulation, step-up, current rise and other equipment, the transformer characteristic data such as no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage and load loss of various transformers can be measured.

▲ all test results are automatically corrected. You only need to input relevant parameters (such as temperature, no-load correction coefficient, etc.), and the instrument can automatically carry out various corrections, such as waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, non rated voltage correction, non rated current correction and so on, so as to improve the accuracy of test results.

▲ it adopts 5.7-inch large screen, high brightness color LCD display, full Chinese menu and operation tips; Wide temperature and brightness adjustable LCD screen, which can adapt to different ambient temperatures.

▲ standard USB communication interface is adopted to facilitate data upload and analysis with the computer.

▲ according to the no-load and load losses in the test results, the performance level of three-phase oil immersed distribution transformer and electric transformer can be automatically estimated for staff's on-site reference.
