In order to meet the standard requirements and reduce labor intensity, the company has developed a scaled remote control electric insulation rod test stand. The insulating rod holder can be used to electrically adjust the electrode distance through a wireless remote control or a button on the device. It also has a scale ruler to quantify the length of the segment. The electrode adopts a combined conductive foam, which can achieve the effect of surrounding the insulation rod under test.

▲ Insulating rod support is suitable for 10 ~ 500kV insulation rod integral test or segmented test.

▲ The support is designed with 3 groups of electrodes, two-stage voltage-resistant structure, and two-stage insulation rods can be tested for voltage resistance at one time.

▲ The electrode adopts combined groove-shaped conductive foam, which can achieve the effect of embracing contact. The self-locking opening and closing structure facilitates loading and unloading of test products and improves work efficiency.

▲ The middle electrode is connected to the high voltage as a fixed main electrode, and the auxiliary electrodes on both sides are grounded. It can be electrically driven to expand or merge to both sides simultaneously.

▲ The electric mechanism is controlled by buttons or wireless remote control, and is equipped with fine-tuning control to facilitate precise adjustment of the distance.
