The VS-2911 automatic water injection insulated boot glove test bench is specially developed for the complete set of equipment in the insulation tool laboratory. The test bench adopts a desktop structure and 8 samples are discharged in a row, suitable for placing against the wall. The insulating boots and insulating gloves of the test bench are placed on the test bench, which is easy to operate without bending over and reduces labor intensity. The test bench has two working modes: dry test and wet test. The test bench is equipped with an electric water injection gun to facilitate the water injection operation of the test sample. In the dry test, a steel ball can be used as a high-voltage electrode of the insulating shoe. The test bench uses patented multi-channel high-voltage leakage measurement technology and infrared data communication technology to achieve the purpose of safely measuring high-voltage leakage current. Through the application of this technology, the tester is completely isolated from the high-voltage system, which can not only accurately measure the multi-channel high-voltage leakage current, but also ensure the personal safety of the test personnel.
The VS-2911 automatic water injection insulated boot glove test bench adds a metal enclosure and an 8-channel LED leakage current display device to the original equipment, which further improves the safety of operation.
